I begin with an initial session so that we can get to know each other.

If we decide to work together the commitment is for weekly one hour sessions at a time and on a day that is mutually agreed. I offer both time limited and open ended counselling.

Hourly Rate – please contact me as I offer an affordable scale of rates depending on circumstances.

I practice online or in a private therapy room in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
